I was thinking just the opposite. One of my girlfriends in college drove a late '90's model Explorer and the vehicle posted here is a huge upgrade both inside and out. If I had to choose between this, the Equinox or an Enclave on exterior/interior styling alone, the Explorer would get my cash. (Although I do like the Enclave's interior. I just wish it was made with better materials.)

Looks like a combination of the Edge and Expedition from the front, and a combination of the Traverse and Tahoe from the back. Looks like a nice car, but is there room for a fourth crossover SUV in Ford's lineup, particularly when one of the other three is already on the same platform?

I'll reserve judgement until I learn more about it. But the styling doesn't impress me, its not bad and its clearly a Ford crossover, but it doesn't catch my attention either.
