Started running agan... WOW
Havn't been running for months. Been using a bike for low impact workout.
After about 15-20 min I forgot how good endorphins feel when you start running faster and faster! What a high... lol

I havn't been stretching after I use weights... I should make more time after my workouts. Pulled a muscle it feels like 2 weeks in a row.
