Do pillows really make a difference?

I have a brand new sealey bed very comfortable! But I wake up every morning with a sore neck and back. Ruins my whole day feeling tired and no energy even with 8 hours. 4 Pillows that are only a year old.

I wonder if I'm sleeping in a weird position at night or I need some new pillows. Any suggestions?

Could be your pillows, sleeping position or just stress.

You might try one of those contoured, memory foam pillows. I was having a lot of neck pain until I got one.

You need to make sure your neck is supported. When you lay on the pillow try moving the pillow up into the neck area to support it. I tell you it works wonders for my neck which by the way I broke many years ago in a motorcycle accident. Works for me. Give it a try.

Playing the waiting game for a Camaro perhaps?? It is stressful thinking about it everyday! Can't wait to put it in my garage.

I slept on a temperpedic mattress in a hotel on a business trip once, and it made me wonder how people have sex on those things. There's no resistance at all--don't you just sink into the bed?
