my weekend

Ok this is how my weekend went (last part of last week)
thursday night COmputer frozed up on us & we got the blue screen of death lol.

Friday well we took it to the local computer shop & they said the harddrive was dead OH goodie. hopefully they can recover everything on it replace it with the new hard drive.

So what did that mean to us? Well we went out & bought NOT one new computer but 2 lol this one that I am on currently is a newer HP we ot it for $600 its ok & will do all the work we need it to do. Then the other one was replacing my sons old computer which we have owned for 6yrs that was an emechine & so we got him another one of those. Plus this house went wireless for the computers.

Saturday, had to go back to the store we bought the two computers because the cable for my sons computer to the mod didnt work. & then we went & got printer cables (why dont they sell them with the computers???) & other stuff.

Sunday, Cleaned up the house & reoginized everything. & finished setting up all the computers.

so right as of right now we have
1 computer in each of the kids rooms (2 kids =2 computers)
two computers in the dinning room area (one will be moved out in to the garage when the old main computer comes back)
& 1 lap top

If you get a Mac, you will never have the blue screen of death. My parents have a working Mac in the basement that they bought in 1995. The monitor went out, but everything else works.

No—that is not the only computer in the house. OS IV is ancient and slow, but it still works.

Dell FTW.

2005 Dell Inspiron 600m and 2008 Dell XPS M1530. I also had a 2008 Dell XPS M1330...but I shipped that back to Dell for the M1530...

We also had this really old Mac. If the current OS is Leopard, then ours was running Old Dying Housecat or something. It refused to connect to the Internet and the screen was friggin' massive.

And there was the really crappy computer that GM gave us. Part of some employee computer literacy program or whatnot. Got infected with a bajillion viruses. I ripped out the hard drive and used it for target practice.

And then there was the HP my dad's friend gave us...it was okay, just kinda slow. Still in the basement.

got news on the old computer it comes back tomorrow & we are paying 450 to get it fixed.

oh well it has alot of data on it that we need. Like our websites.

Cars are like women, If you treat her rough shes going to complain & you will hear about it. If you treat her right she will purrrrrrrrrrrrr Current cars owned , 72 Skylark vert,86 fiero GT Sold , 87 Iroc-z (sold), 90 Vette Vert SOLD , 95 Z28, 99 Silverado K1500 Totaled, 2010 CGM Camaro 2ss/rs (had to sell & I hate it ) ,2012 Cruze LT repoed. Current current list lol 2006 Silverado 2500hd.
