8:55.668

Forza 3

So I've been trying to see how fast I could get a stock Camaro around the Nurburgring. . . 8:20 is the official Camaro SS time.

I did three laps. . . and 8:55.668 was the fastest lap I had.

So, lets post up some times . . . remember, this is a completely stock Camaro. . .

dont lie about the time either. . . a lot of people were complaining about how "slow" the camaro was around Nurburgring. . . Trying this with a stock camaro, even if it is a game, will show you how hard it is to get 8:20

oh you can turn on of off what ever driving assets you want. . I had track control OFF

I'm sure it was an expert driver that pulled that time. Definitely not something just anyone can do

i had 9 something the 1st lap... i would say the 8:20 is a second + hot lap. . . meaning he was already up to speed when crossing the start/ finish line.

absolutely, but my guess is with it being a game it may even up the field a little.

Oh yeah, I could see that. With enough practice on the game I'm sure you could probably break the 8:20

Yes, that seems to be the generally accepted way of timing it. The Corvette and GTR were timed the same way.

will have to do two + laps in a row to break the 8:20 mark. No way anyone can get there at a dead start.
