Looks very cool, and a cool promotional concept as well. GM should do some advertising of this internet series then let it spread from there.

I found this on Facebook on the Chevrolet wall. I'm a little surprised nobody had posted it on here already. It should be really educational as well as fun to watch this series.

More than anyone else, they need to get people who swear by Japanese quality to give it a look. I'll watch it because it looks really interesting, those others need to watch it so that they learn how thorough GM is with their cars

I would venture a guess this is EXACTLY why this web series is being produced. To show people how well GM builds and tests their vehicles.

yup ... and if they don't get the message out to the right people, they'll only be preaching to the choir.

Sniff. All the cool things I've told you guys that GM tests for and all it takes is a little segment on You Tube and it's like I never told you anything. Marketing...........oh wait Mrs. Number 3 is in marketing. Skip that.

And by the way, I'm not aware of a "planned" test for smoking donuts. Smoking burnouts .......................... no comment.

And that video is really just the tip of the iceburg. I remember about a 6 months ago being asked to suggest ideas for a video like this, various tests and evaluations we do to ensure QRD. There are some really cool things that just don't look cool on video.

Cool stuff........................just don't believe the video if the next one in series has a guy or gal who says it's their job to burn tires off the rim. "Hi, I'm Bob. I'm the Sr. Shred 'em of the Rim Engineer for the Camaro". LOL

The spinning donuts reminded me of just about every episode of Top Gear honestly. Super high speed cameras and Clarkson/May/Hammond drifting a car.

Knowing my luck, I would get to sit in the frozen car turning things on and off for eight hours a day.

Here is the latest installment.

And I used to work with one of the engineers so these are real GM Engineers............in case there was any doubt.
