Between the EV push, the lower case "gm" that they said was more inclusive, and their general embrace of everything progressive in their new ads, I can confidently state that I will never buy another new GM product again. It's like it's not even the same company.

I saw that ad and then showed it to my wife....she just laughed at it. We are done with gm as well...fact! Absolutely pathetic and can't wait to see this all implode on them.

Ford said they will not go full electric and a new Mustang comes out for 2024. F GM and their electric 4 door 2024 “camaro”.

I read where Ford added a new division that is EV dedicated Ford. My assumption with that is that they can bankrupt that division if or when EVs go belly up.

If Ford will continue to produce internal combustion engine powered vehicles past everyone else's desire to go EV, then I too will switch to Ford. I'll keep my Camaro as long as I can, which hopefully will be forever, but new purchases will be Ford if they stay internal combustion engine powered.

Exactly. My Camaro is my forever car, but I’d love a new GT500 if I’m being honest.

If no one buys EV’s then some of these manufactures like GM are going to go under. It’s a pretty ballsy call to go all in this early in the game. I will not buy an EV period. I’m a life long GM guy but I hate gm with everything inside of me these days.

The current Camaro along with the iroc are my lifer cars as well.

I’m 100% in the EV failure group as well. I really don’t think it’s going to end well for them.

I give it until 2040 before internal combustion engines start making a big comeback. 2035 is the mandate for California, 2035 is when GM is scheduled to cease selling internal combustion engine powered vehicles, and I think that the 2034 model year will sell extremely well for internal combustion powered vehicles. I'm betting 5 model years of significantly diminished sales will bring back internal combustion engine.
