Cadillac should not produce police cars. We waste too much in taxes as it is for them to start manufacturing luxury cars for police officers.

It has to be a CTS with a body kit...the CTS-V isn't due until later this year or early next year.

It just hit me: This is the CTS sport concept from SEMA last year with CTS-V wheels. The brake calipers, everything is the same as the concept.
