External Combustion Engine

A Spanish engineer claims that his new, patented external combustion engine can achieve better MPG, Power, etc. According to the article, it will probably be used to power convetional engines. A fully fuctional prototype is expected in 2011... So obviously this is what is going to power the Z/28  But seriously, sounds interesting if he can back up his claims. |
