Cyclone and Typhoon - Thoughts/Experiences?

Just posted on the Lightning because I had seen one on Craigslist and recently saw a Typhoon too.

Man these were some real sleepers!

Can anyone here attest to their speed/power? I've never driven or been in one of these either but remember seeing them at shows in the 90s early 2000s wondering what the heck they were. I can appreciate them much more now.

That AWD putting down that power was what it was all about!

Same goes for the 89 T/A Turbo - that thing was quick too!

Stories, thoughts, experiences? Would love to read yours if you have some!
