A Clean Get Away - A Dog Rescue Thread

We moved three more rescue dogs on Saturday. We pulled a double leg and with three dogs and a tighter schedule, that is a bit more work than usual. Add to that getting caught in the traffic jam caused by a wreck on the Mississippi River Bridge in Red Stick and it was a longer day.

The dogs are officially traveling dogs. They started in Houston, TX. One is now home in Ohio. Two are finishing up their legs, today for upstate New York.

Good on you.

I remember before Katrina devastated Louisiana, Houston SPCA took on hundreds of animal rescues from New Orleans. What neighbors are for, to help each other out.
