Ever put anything on the outside of your car

Ever put anything on the outside of your car that you know someone is surly gonna try and steal at some point???

atenna ball, fancy valve stem caps, center caps, magnetic stickers.

What was it?
What did ya do about it?

I got a plastic skull id like to turn into a hood ornament for my "death" wagon.

Thinking its gonna need a bolt all the way through it or something.
Or hook it up like a regular ornament where it can pull up some but use a switch to blow the horn when pulled.

Did only cost $8 but......................

Yea custom painted trishield to replace ornament emblem

Your noticing my yellow n black theme???

Spent extra to get that 350-4 sticker and to coat the intake in yellow over the factory red they came in.

Put a 2nd gen Camaro center console in it with a HurstV2 for a 3rd gen.
That funky boot had to go after a while, messed with the action.
Got a regular 2nd gen shifter plate, then made a custom Hurst inlay so gear letters lined up with shifter.

Though I didn't name it that but it has stuck....

I dunno why folks break stuff off just to take it. I know the center caps on my 3rdgen and even my Mom 01 Subaru are in hot demand as they snap on and off with out removing the tire. Used replacement s on ebay are not cheap.

Got lazy n put it on the dash,[to cold brrrrr]
though it does not fit up there.
Would just fall off, not enough dash to hold it up.

Hmmmmmmm

Screwed a paint stick to the bottom sticking straight out, slide that right under my dash pad cover and walla it stays put.

Its a ratrod in that classic style where function comes first and cheap 2nd, unless your talking drivetrain.

I try not to fix up to much that can't be moved into a new body/car.

Id like to madmax it out some more with a good sized push/crash bar for ramming/passing

Got plans to remove most of the trim and paint it hotrod matte black.
