2SS interior colors

Folks,

I am debating about interior colors on the 2SS. The Kalahari looks nice as it breaks up the dark interior. Thoughts from those who have had similar thoughts.

People refer to my Kalahari interior as peanut butter. I like it.

I wanted something different and Kalahari is a $0 option on a 2SS. It seemed like a no brainer. Alternatively, the red or white inserts also look really awesome. I've always hated the completely red interior that you find on a ton of BMW M3s and due to that I have always hated the idea of having red inside a vehicle. But the red inserts on the Camaro are very tastefully done and it's a great way to add some contrast to a nice black interior.

I get a lot of compliments on the adrenaline red interior. It goes great with the red stitching and accent lighting. It's in a black 2SS and the rims have the red pinstripe too.

Adrenaline red on nightfall grey. Really compliments the car not that it needs it. It boils down to personal choice and taste. I think they all look great.

I went with the ash gray interior... It's the only interior color with a gray headliner, all the rest are black. It seems to make the interior feel a little more open, imo.

Same here, the car doesn't feel like a cave with the gray.

Kalahari with black suede knee bolsters. Looks classy.

I like the Kalahari Interior and like hotlap posted the suede knee bolsters help step it up a notch. But in my opinion the exterior color affects how much/ what color interior compliments it.

Kalahari with Black, Gray, Silver, Blue Velvet, White Exterior
Possibly Hyper Blue, Garnet Red
But not Yellow or Red Hot
(again, in my opinion)

Red Accent interior with Black, Red Hot, Gray, White, Silver, Blue Velvet
Not Hyper Blue, Garnet Red, Yellow

White Accent interior with Black, White,
Possibly Red Hot, Hyper Blue, Blue Velvet, Gray, Garnet Red
Not Silver, Yellow

Grey or Black interior work with all of them, The 2 exceptions I think are;
Yellow with Grey interior (i don't think compliment as well as black int.)
Gray on Gray (might be too much gray for me, i think i'd want something to break it up)

Just my 2cents

I liked the Kalahari with hyper blue; it seems to be a polarizing blend of colors, though. some people I showed it to didn't like that combo.

I ordered the ash gray. I don't like dark interiors in my cars here in Central Texas. Just too hot to sit on.

Kalahari with nightfall grey looks classy.

The red and other loud color inserts just look so plasticky and tacky. Chevy knows how to keep just enough American gaudiness around.

It really depends on the color of the car you get. Also keep in mind a few interior colors are not available with some exterior colors.

The Adrenaline Red and Ceramic White leather inserts look great with the matching color Stitching. these 2 color options are if you want to enhance the sporty look.

Kalahari looks pretty cool on certain colors. The Kalahari is not an insert. the entire seat will be Kalahari. The door will have Kalahari inserted. This look will give you a bit more of a sophisticated look.

The Black and the Grey look good also. These 2 will be a bit more conservative and/or those that prefer a solid color in the cabin... as usual it depends on the color of the car. I think the Garnet Red looks good with the grey interior.

If you are at a Chevy dealership grab a 2016 or 2017 Camaro Brochure/booklet (or go on the Camaro site) and it will give let you know what interior colors are available with the certain colors.
I know adrenaline red is not an available option on any of the blue or yellow cars.

What color car are you looking for?

Adrenaline Red is such a wow color, in a great way! I love it and it gives it a bad ass look but looks classy at the same time.
