Sweet!

Not that I'll ever afford a C7 GS anytime even remotely soon-ish...I thought the GS cars were the BEST looking C6's.

Even more so...if it has a hotter N/A motor..that will trickle down into the Camaro sooner rather than later!

I've been thinking for a while that the N/A motor that Chevy worked on for the Z06 that didn't make emissions, could be still used in a C7 GS and the Gen6 Z/28. Hope there is a 7.0L N/A motor in the new GS that makes 550HP+. Cause that would be nice in a Z/28.

Well tomorrow we should know.

Hopefully some more hp was coaxed out of the LT1 . . .

I really don't think it's going to be a N/A 7.0L...that would require a whole new block, etc

I still say the safer money is on a hotter 6.2, ala LS1 to LS6 as we've been debating in the "vs" section for a bit now.

Oops I wonder if he knew it was supposed to be a secret. HAHA! This should be good!

What do we think it will be? Similar to C6 GS essentially a Z06 with a standard LT1?

I'd agree. New intake, hotter cam, and bit of tuning.

You can already basically build a Z06 without the LT4 in the Corvette B&P already.

My guess is a position closer to the C6 Z06..

Think a 2LT, 500-515 HP 6.2, 6 pot brembos, aero and optional MRC

That would serve someone who wants a bit more performance than a Z51, less lux features than a 3LT but doesn't want to spend 80,000+ for a Z06.

Something in the $65,000 range.

Hmm, and for a Camaro Z/28 for $50-55K?

That's something I am curious of. There is the Z51 package which I always figured was the "GS" package lol. Maybe it will have the Z51 + other goodies.

One thing that I do believe they will have are TRI-Y headers. 1 thing the camaro has that c7 does not and I am sure since Tadge and AO goes back and forth now at each other in a very friendly way and AO delivering the camaro, Tadge wil do something to counter it haha.
