Not gonna look for it now, but saw one clip where a drunk woman in Russia layed down in front of a stopped car. They guy backed up, so she got up, moved closer and layed down again. Just funny.

That is funny...ive heard that's why they made dash cams mandatory is Russia was because of fraud .
