This vine just started growing, so I just let it go to see what it could be. So after looking for fruit, I came across a cat! Can you see her?

I don't see a cat, but I see what looks like the head of a dromaeosaurid.

That's belongs to my wife. During the cash for clunkers, she worked at a Ford dealership. Got a good deal with the incentives and that is what she wanted. It's paid for and I said we could trade it in for another Camaro. She gave me the look! Maybe in a couple of years when mine is paid off, I'll mention that again!

I thought he was joking about the vine. Oh how I 'assumed' the wrong thing. I have grown a couple watermelons in the years.

Thanks, this forum is handy and I never grew a watermelon before. I'm not sure how a seed got here.

I didn't know what it was, I was just letting it grow. Ran over some of it with a lawnmower, and it grew back even harder. I guess winter will get it in a couple of months!

Yep, winter will kill it. Watermelons love a sandy soil to grow in. hence no more where I live now. On the East Coast, you can grow some really sweet, nice ones.
