Sad part is the owner of the dealership is threatening the poor guy with libel now saying "I have deep pockets" he wants to drag the poor guy through the courts because HES A STINGY CHEAP DISHONEST BASTARD!!!
 If he ever said that to me I sure as hell would be the one running his 'deep pockets' empty. Everyone please share this story with everyone you know and make sure to leave a bad review on google+  lets help a fellow car enthusiast out!

UPDATE It appears that the owner of Adventure Auto Group has agreed to replace the vehicle at no cost to the owner. so good for him, I'd still be pissed though |

That dealer didn't have a choice. The lawsuit that might have followed could cost that dealer a lot more than a replacement.
There are so many lousy dealers; They give the honest dealers a bad reputation.

I have a valet tune for my car, top speed is less than 25 mph. When I take it in for work I load that tune and tell them. Good insurance to keep the car off the roads.

I wonder who has deeper pockets, the dealer or the insurance company. I would put my money on the Insurance company in a heartbeat. I would let me Insurance Co go at them in court, while I went at them in the media.
