New to the forums and the camaro

Hi everyone. New here and new to the Camaro as well. I have had a few Chevys before but never a camaro. Took delivery of a Black '14 ZL1 yesterday. Wish I can say that I am enjoying it but on the first day, there is tire klunking sounds as if the tire is hitting the body when I am on a slight uphill or downhill road or slowly over a pothole. Sounds to me like something is wrong with the strut mounts but I could be wrong. Learning more about the whole package from this wonderful site.

Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Had to bump this thread to warn others about what I found with my car. I bought a new '14 ZL1 back in December and ever since I bought it, on every turn or speed bump, I noticed that something felt like it was scrapping the tire wall. At first I thought it could be the tire actually hitting the body so I took it to a local shop and had them lift the car. To my surprise, there were these yellow thick plastic blocks on the suspension so I got on this site and used the search and I found the answer.......that's not supposed to be there...DOH!

Had them removed and problem solved. Car has been perfect so far.

Sorry for the late replies and thank you all for the warm welcoming posts.
