Trailblazer with traction issues?

Before I start I already gave her my Answer. The answer I have is the roads are icy or tires are bald.

Okay so here we go. My sister-in-law is having a problem with traction. She says it only started this year and has never had any issues in past years. Says that the car is all over road. She asked if not changing her trans fluid would cause this. I had to hold back my laughter. She says tires are at 75%. She has taken it to 2 mechanics they tell her nothing can be found wrong.

I told her would post up a question for others. So does anybody have any other suggestions. I still think mine is the only reasonable answer.
