possible build.. can it happen?

My mom has. 96 corolla that's about to hit 300k so she bought a new one. I was thinking about turbocharging it until the engine gives and then possibly dropping a v8 in there. Will that be possible?? Just an idea I had

A tired stock motor with that mileage will go out pretty fast once the boost hits it.

Exactly. Not to mention the transmission, rear end and so on.
Save your money and do not turbo it.

Would you guys recommend just waiting for the engine to go?? I guess I could save for a v8 in the meantime.
