Worst Couple of months

Hello everyone I usually don't post in this section but I am losing it in the past couple of months my life has gone down hill. About more than a month ago my Car lost its engine (Rod tore a hole in the block). Well After being carless for a month or so I managed to get a new engine installed. Things started looking up. But I Have been having upper left shoulder pains After multiple visits to the hospital ( two different ones) my first visit being the 12th of nov I was first told that It could be due to the fact that I tore my shoulder muscle and was sent on my way. I have been facing severe pain in my left shoulder and left arm sometimes it goes and leaves. I went Again and was given a painkiller to deal with the pain. will today after being paranoid since the 12th I went to the emergency hospital I took an x-ray to be sure and it all looked good. After my doctor finished examining me he told me I had Shingles

. I was told that even though I am 21 years old its possible. He also said that this could of caused severe nerve damage and that I should fallow up with a neurologist Which I will. I have been having the worst thanksgiving and with finals coming up I been really stressed. If anything I have learned to not take life for granted.
