I buy/ sell on CL, but damn, it's sad to see how utterly dimwitted many posters on there are. Tires have good threads, stuff is for sell, engines are size 6, and the other day I saw a "Voltswagon" for sale (with "Voltswagon" being written not only in the title, but also a few times in the ad). Rims are "Size 5 lug" (even with a picture of a six lug wheel!), and many posts come out of the starting gate so outrageously hostile that no fool on the planet would bother contacting the seller ("This is MY PRICE, so don't even think about trying to talk down the price or else I will personally hunt you down and $%&# you up bad!"... yes, I have seen that).

All this on top of general spelling/ grammar malaise, which tells me that if the seller is not that bright, I probably don't want to bother with doing any business with them. I just won't even respond to an ad that reads, "have somes cameros part at sell for cheep, and lots of good deels at you pick up from myhouse cant deliver to you."

On the other hand, a raped hood sounds intriguing... look how many additional views that seller's moron- ness has generated?!?

I was reading an ad a while back and the guy puts in the ad for his truck "new black tires"....
Is color an option where you guys buy your tires...? I had a good laugh.

You own a Camaro and can't even spell it correctly...

The other ad I got flamed on was posting someone V6 Camaro that was ZLS and it was basically the same look as a ZL1..

Irony = A Camaro owner posting in a thread about poor spelling and then spelling Camaro wrong.

The worst thing about CL is that it killed off the weekly "Trader" magazine. I used to love to get the Trader and look for deals.

The ad he is talking about is spelled "Z71 Camero"

The Irony is you guys are slower then a fat kid trying to catch the bus in time for school after he had donuts, and ice cream for breakfast...

he should have put " " around the misspelled word and than us slow, doughnut filled fat kids would have gotten the reference.

Here comes the hate! I think we all mess up on grammar now and then. Just like it's "slower than a fat kit" lmao.

Thank you, if you can't spell camaro there's a problem, or think there's a z71 edition of it.

someone can't read in between the lines.

It's kind of hard to spell www.camero5.com and get an actual webpage.
