weight loss

i saw someone post a thread about "when was the last time you went to the gym" and i just wanted to share my story about my personal weight loss and helping others. i was 335 pounds at my heaviest and i within a year and a hlaf i went down to 203 pounds. a little over 135 pounds total NATURALLY. that was about three years ago and since then ive become a personal trainer as a 2nd job to help others achieve their goals. i often give out free workout and diet advice just to help people because i truly believe some people just need that push and someone who cares. currently im at 240 pounds i started lifting weights heavily in the past 3 years and ive gained a decent amount of muscle. here are some pictures of my before and after and a current picture of where im at now. the first picture is my before, the 2nd is my after, the 3rd is after 2 years of lifting weights and the 4th is where im at as of 2 days ago. any help i can provide just message me or like my page on facebook. facebook.com/conqueryourfitness and message me on my FB page!

Congrats man! That is an amazing transformation. Here is mine with a strict 7 months of diet and exercise last year...

wow, great job guys. I'm currently trying to lose some lbs before my wedding. diet is my biggest struggle. but seeing motivation like this is good.

Nice job man! Things take time, but it's totally worth it. I'm under a firm belief that given enough dedication, anybody can achieve the same goals (with an obvious severe and legit medical problem).

How old are you now?

Great work! I left the Army at 175 lbs. over the course of 7 years shot up to 305. I dropped to 220 last year. Got sloppy and gained back to 260 this year. Dropped the diet and changed my lifestyle and today at 245 and dropping 2 lbs a week. By dropping the diet I mean I stopped dieting in favor of changing the way I eat permanently to avoid yoyoing again. Goal is 200 lbs for me. 6'1" with fair amount of muscle.

thanks man! i am 25 now when i was at my heaviest i was 21 and i believe the same thing
