What's wrong with this 5th Gen Camaro?

Now every time I see a 5th Gen Camaro I always look at them to see what exterior mods, if any, have been done. Most of the ones I see I take a picture of it whether the mods are good or bad but the one I am about to explain I was not able to, sadly.
Well enough of that and tell me what's wrong with this Camaro:
-Rally Yellow Paint
-Rally Matte Black Stripes
-20% Window Tints
-Halogen Headlights
-V6 Front Fascia
-Autobot Emblem on Fenders
-No Rear Spoiler
-Red SS Emblem

Halogen headlights on a supposedly RS equipped car.
V6 fascia/no rear spoiler on a supposedly SS.

Saw just about the same thing today except in black. Black "SS" with a raspy exhaust. V6 front fascia, no spoiler, red "SS" on the rear. When I looked at him, and he looked back...he had a look like "Dude, I know...you got me" on his face.

No pics? Well, at least they have 5th gens. It may be another year before I can get mine.

Yup there's one of those at my college. A 2LT synergy green non RS with a red SS badge on the rear and not even in the right place
