Anyone own a 2013 GMC Acadia?
Looking for feedback...thinking of trading in my Trailblazer.

It'd be a step up unless you have a TrailBlazer EXT. I've poked around one and the 2013s are a big improvement over the 2012s. Much higher quality interior and I love what they've done with exterior LED lighting for the DRLs.
Take a look at Terrain too. The LFX in the Theta-IIs is pretty good from what I hear.

We have a 2011 Acadia and love it. Plenty of room and has more options than on any other vehicle at the same price from what we found. It also has good power for a V6. The only issue is our mpg isn't that great. Currently getting 20mpg with mixed driving.

Biggest complaint I hear about the Lambdas is that the third (?) row seating area's floor is kinda weird.

Do you know if the 3rd row is an option? I'll use the cargo space much more then the seating.
If the cargo space in the terrain is close to the trailblazer, that's all i'd need...i'll look into it.

It's standard. Pretty sure you can just remove it though.

I would drive a V6 Equinox or Terrain. Then drive an Acadia. Then drive an Enclave. The Buick Enclave rides a lot nicer than the Acadia, seats more comfy. My parents bought a '12 Enclave and they love it for long trips. They hated the radio in the '13... too complex for them, so they stuck with the '12 and love it. Huge rebates on the '12 also. They had an '08 Acadia, hated the rough ride. Maybe they've improved the ride in the newer ones.
Very different vehicles. The Acadia is a tank. The question will be do you need that many seats, that much room. The Equinox is a great size if you don't need something that big. Much easier to park, better mpgs... The V6 is much nicer than the 4 banger. Better trans with the 6 also. Make sure to get the package with fog lights and Pioneeer stereo. The base headlights not so great, but the fogs really improve lighting. The Pioneer rocks. |

I owned a 2007 acadia for over 3 years. It was a awesome vehicle 0 complaints. I think we had one repair it was the blower motor replaced. Only reason we sold it was our need for a truck to tow my new 26 ft RV. Highly recommend it. I do suggest looking at the ford explorer and the dodge durango as well.

I drove a '13 acadia today. I liked it. It feels huge inside, but as far as the way it drives, it didnt feel bigger then my trailblazer. As far as looks, i think the '13's are improved. Gonna drive a grand cherokee and/or durango tomorrow to compare. I think the equinox and terrain are a little too small for my needs, i have to cart around some gear for work, my trailblazer is just the right size, so anything smaller wont work.

The new Acadias are great looking. I've driven the older body style and wanted one ever since. The price point put me into a Terrain but someday we will get an Acadia. I think the dodge products get worse mpg and don't feel as roomy.
