If the Bowling Green Plant is not retooled yet and up until the other day still making C6's. Where are the 2014's being made at present?

Where are all the ones that are being seen around being made And don't tell me people haven't seeing them on the street I have seen pictures ?? ????

someone correct me if I am wrong but prototypes and mules typically are hand built. they have special vehicle operations centers for high profile vehicles and other concepts like the SS are muled as their original forms and wind tested typically with the new skins hand hung.
