Jeez, worried about the snow

We have almost 2 feet here by my guess. Kinda worried about my folks a couple towns over. I can't get there to lend a hand, and the ding-a-lings that clear this parking lot actually used snowblowers to blow snow on top of all the cars, instead of away from the cars, onto the lawn areas, so there's about a yard of snow on top of all the vehicles, and mucho extra snow in the lot intself. There's a broken down Bobcat in the lot now too

If only! That would be cool. Now I'm depressed that I don't have a snowmobile...talked to my folks, they are annoyed that I'm worried about them, which is a good sign

When we get dumped on around here....it's quads on the street time. With a couple feet...you'd def need a sled though. Good that the folks are OK.

Damn....that's a lot of snow. We got this system the other day. It was on its way to you. We only got about 8 inches out of it though. I heard that it combined with another system over by you & really let down a whole bunch of the white stuff.

My uncle was trapped on the LIE for 12 hours yesterday. They were not prepared for this storm.

Finally dug out. We got probably 20" or 24" of snow. Hard to judge...out front there are drifts over 3 feet, out back there's about 9". Had to dig out the fire hydrant...twice. After the first time, I told the contractor crew.. "We know, we know". Then they missed it with the bobcat blade by about a foot, and buried it under 5 feet of snow.

My Dad said that his town cut the corner by his house...his lot is on a corner...they wiped out about 20 yards of his stone wall...and the 10 foot tall street sign

Met one of my deep-fried, gold plated, lunatic neighbors too. If I never talk to her again it will be too soon. She is a grand-prize froot-loop. The snow removal crew was getting so aggravated at her that they were going to stop moving the snow until she went back inside
