What a way to spend your Birthday!!!

So today is my 59 th birthday. My wife took me out for breakfast this morning and guess what happens. The heater screws up in our Saturn Vue. The only thing I cold control was the fan speed. The diverters wouldn't change position and the temperature controls wouldn't work. We about froze in it. Well I take it to the dealership and they wrote it up and said come back at 1 and they would look at it. So about 12:30 we go out and start it up and guess what? It's working now. Ugh. I decided to take it in anyway because I noticed that even in AC mode the recirc light would only flash. According to the Saturn forum this indicates a malfunction. Right now we are sitting at the Chevy Dealership waiting on the diagnosis.

Thanks, the dealer said it was a bad sensor, but a contact I have on the Saturn forum sent me a service bulletin showing it is a software glitch....I'll mention that to them tomorrow when I take it back to get the sensor installed.
