:(Im so sad right now i feel like this is the only place i can vent. I met a really sweet girl and dating almost 2months and things were going so well. Between her schedule and my schedule for the up coming fall, i just felt like i wasnt going to see her much and that i did not want to string her along for months having her be attatched anymore and making things worse. I didnt want to tell her those awful words but it seemed like it was the best thing to do at the time, i feel so bad and guilty but it just seemed like we had different plans/ goals. We ended up breaking up and feel like ive lost so much. It was a longest 1 hour drive home.. and sad/disappointing one at that.. :(

sorry about that dude. how did she feel about it ? i have been in a long distance relation for over 4 1/2 years. living almost 3 hrs apart and at one point living in to different states for 6 months.. but at the end we care about each other enough to stick it out till we can move closer to one another or move in together...
things get rough but then fix itself. if you feel like you have lost a lot, then give it a shot again, test the waters. of course if she is willing and if you want to try it out as well.

i hope it all works out man.

Damn bro sorry to here that , I'm definitely not going to give u advice cause I'm still in HS and I haven't experienced nothi like that. But I usually vent my negative emotion at the gym. Go late when no one is there and you have the gym to your self feels great to me . Good luck bro

I broke it off with Bonnie back in 92' the same way for similar reasons. It was costing way too much money and time for me to continue to see and talk to her as I was on Ft Bragg and she was in Baton Rouge. She came up with a plan to split our money and time and make it work. I gave her idea a chance and I'm so very glad I did.

While I know you feel horrible (I know I did) if it's meant to be then it'll be. If either of you were not willing to make the sacrifices to make it work (sounds like you weren't) then it's probably for the best. Sucks right now but it won't for long.

Nobody is worth "jumping off a bridge" for, but I understand that feel.

Time heals all, but it doesn't mean that the hurt is going to go away in a second; everyone is different. One man's minute could be another's week, or month or so on.

You have to find a way to preoccupy yourself to try to get your mind off of things so that you don't keep bringing yourself down. Like Adam said, there are other's out there and while it is true that they won't ever be "that girl", the new one could be better!
