This must have been taken during Pirelli tire development testing. They are the only team at the track, and in a flat black car with Pirelli stickers.
I believe they were running a two+ year old chassis. You see this camera being used occasionally in broadcasts now, but rarely for a whole lap. Always cool to see in car stuff from Spa...wet or dry. Thanks for the post.
