That has to be a set up video. Why else would the guy be driving around with a dash cam. If I was going to kick someones ass, I wouldn't want the entire thing on tape.

I Russia people are driving with dash cams to avoid scams like this. It is a cottage industry to try to screw people with a fake accident that they cause and blame the person that hit them, hence everyone has a Go-Proski Camera-de.

Scamming insurance agencies happens a lot in Russia. Most of the dashcams you see are on business vehicles.

It's not just Russia though, and for the cost of a GoPro ($300), a company can avoid a larger settlement and legal costs.

I work with a Russian woman that just recently moved here. We was just discussing how bad driving is over there and all the wild and crazy videos I've seen such as this one. She said it's just as bad and in some areas worse then what you've seen. You are pretty much required to have a dash cam as you will run into insurance scams almost on a daily basis over there.
