Proud of my son Zac!!
Zac made it thru 3 years of middle school in pretty good shape. Has the following awards: 90-93 GPA award for 8th grade year. Presidents award for High Honor Roll over all 3 years. Award for High Honor Roll while also partaking in 2 or more after hour school associations.
He was the male lead in the school play, did choir, science club, and National Junior Honor Society. He is enrolled in all AP courses for high school. We have told him he did good in middle school but will have to start working harder if he wants get into a good school with some scholarships. But we are very proud of him and he did well considering he skipped a grade and is the youngest 8th grader. |

Yeah we have already talked about it, his high school has a online feature that we can see his grades every day.. Right now they get a report half way thru the 9 weeks and if he is getting a B then it is sometimes hard to bring it up. So with that feature we should be able to keep on track.

Congrats! Getting good grades really makes things a LOT easier for the future, especially for college. Hopefully he keeps it up!

Very nice!
![]() My son is on track to do well, also. He starts middle school next year. The key is to be very involved, and keep them interested. Great job, dad!

Yes! Being involved is the key here! 99% of kids will slack off if the parents are not involved.
Threatening to get beat for getting bad grades don't hurt either. |
