Upload pic

I see we need to have a album, but how do you put pics in it. It only has a place for a description??

go to the top of this or any page and you will see a link to "GARAGE" on that page at the top, in the middle, you have the option for you to "Add Your Vehicle" on that page you can add all kinds of info about your car, and at the bottom of the page you can upload as many as 10 pictures.

Yes I have went there, but I see where to put all the info, but how do I upload a pic. My album is empty and I do no see how to put pics in it?
I where to put discription and title, so where do you upload a pic?

I think I know why.....I am on a iPad it will not show files.
