Have you ever been burned?
Anyone ever buy something from someone on this forum in the classifieds and send them the money and NOT get the product?

If you actually sent someone money , that was not wise. Always use paypal or somthing with your credit card so if you dont get the goods in a reasonable amount of time you can make a claim and get your money back.
But yes a few years ago in another forum i belong to I did get burned for $50, luckily its not alot of money. I hope you didnt get burned for too much too.

I haven't sent any money, but I was burned on another forum so I am more cautious now. But right now I don't have the money to purchase the product right now anyways.

i havent had any problems purchasing anything from members here on C5. But I usually make sure they have a little time in the community. I am a little cautious of someone with 3 posts trying to sell something.

I've been burned 3 times ....
Road rash burns on both legs and a second degree on my arm from a radiator blowing up  I've also been shot twice, but you didn't ask about that

Yea I have bought and sold hundreds of things between my computer hobby and motorcyling over the years both domestic and international and thats the only instance in which I got stuck . Most people are good people but theres always one weenie out there.
