What's the word on this vehicle? I'm looking at one with 62K miles on it from a dealer for $22,900. Thoughts and opinions? Thanks fellas.

I haven't crunched the numbers, but that sounds like a dam good deal to me.

$22k is a good price for that year.Got a VIN? Any more information? What do you want to know about it? I know someone who has a Electric Blue one in Houston Tx at that price..nice vehicle

The information I'm looking for is a general overall opinion of this vehicle. Where there any known issues that need to be fixed? Reliability? I have heard early LS6's had some piston slap issues, but it was resolved by 2002? Shift forks aren't steel and can get bent? What are the positives? Obviously it's a Vette, but I mean positives about this particular year? I may check it out this weekend. Anything I should specifically check for, any bargaining points that I might be able to use to get them to come down some? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
