Tore my ACL...

Hey Camaro5 family. In case some of you didn't know I am stationed in Korea atm. Scheduled to return in May this year (about 2 months). I was on a ruck march with about 100lbs worth of gear and got tripped up in a hole and tore my ACL. Best way to put it,,,, is it is freaking killing me. Will be out of commission for at least a good 5-6 months so won't get time behind the wheel of my M6 until later this year. It sux huge you know what and will be on my nerve not being able to drive. Thought I would share this with you guys, so might not see much activity outta me for a good few months.

Love you guys!

Matt

that stinks. Torn ACLs can be a PIA. On a more serious note: wear your brace - like all the time. I know it's uncomfortable, but not wearing it will slow down your recovery.

Sorry mods, but not to be a troll or anything, but I'm gonna bump this thread just because I believe a wounded soldier deserves more kind words than this.

Thanks guys. I know they will probably have me go through a crap load of therapy too, so my time on leave may be spent being a couch potato or at the doctors lol. Again thanks for all the kind words.
