Video upload

Can someone tell me what format a video needs to be in order to download on to the forum? Also, is there any security that the administration has to approve? I have tried several times, but nothing is working.

You can't upload videos as an attachment. The only way to embed a video into your post is through Youtube. Just upload your video to youtube, and then copy and paste the url into your post.

Thanks so much for your help with this. It worked!! I had been trying to upload a short video for hours. Thanks again for coming to the rescue.
