Investment Options

Anyone on here into investments or have a lot of experience? I'm looking to invest some money and would like to know different options I have with the amount I'm willing to invest. Property investing isn't really an option where I live due to skyrocketing prices.

My father-in-law would tell me this when I ask the same question you are asking " you are paying me nothing for info, so that is what the info is worth" If you have a long time mutual funds are pretty safe, check 3 month, 1 year, 5 year and what the maitenance cost of the fund is.(Vanguard) Best to start young and let it grow over years. If I could find a get rich quick fund, I would have aready bought some and probably lost my a$$. Hope somone else gives you better advice. Lots of Luck.

Buy a home.

Stay away from credit cards.

Never go to Vegas unless you own a casino.

Stay away from hookers, drugs and alcohol.

If you play the stock market, buy when everyone else is selling, sell when everyone else is buying.

If you see something you can't live without, save up cash to buy it, put it in the bank, and learn to live without it.
