Computer Troubleshooting

Had someone today with problems with their workstation.

I'm thinking I found the issue, as I saw something very similar to this on her computer.

Seriously, if you know anyone that has a browser like this...a dope slap or punch to the neck is in order.

HAHA thats gotta be a nightmare, never seen anything that bad, but where I work, HR and Finance are always the ones having major issues with installing malware and such! They like to install every popup they get!

That's why we limit some things here. And have rules in place for programs, installing, etc.

I've worked on a computer on the side though that has that one beat. Wish I could find the picture.

How to hug your camaro
Buy the car that you would most like to get beat in. The other guy will always be faster.

What's sad is that people will not even read things during installs when it asks if you want to install this crap.

I'm pretty mad at Adobe right now because updates to their paid software (Acrobat) now ask if you want to install one of these types of toolbars. I can -maybe- understand it on free/shareware, but not on paid software.

I don't see the problem...they still have enough space for more toolbars
