XM Radio pissed me off.

I had the free trial subscription. It ended about 2 months ago, but someone called asking if I want to join right before it ended. I said no. They said they can send me an invoice for a reduced rate. I told him I don't want the invoice because I won't be joining. I drive the car maybe 15 miles a week - so paying for a service would be ridiculous.

I get a freaking bill today showing I owed 179.85!!! For what?! It's been off in my car since the end of the trial. Then the company wonders why they end up getting a class action law suit against them. It always eventually happens when they pull BS like this.

I'm glad I didn't give XM and Onstar my cc when they first asked me for it when I got the car.

On the phone and placed on hold for the third time - but they seem like they are going to remove. Why pull stupidity like this in the first place? Just to get angry callers taking up the customers service time when they can be actually helping someone who has the service or wants to get the service.

Now she transferred me to what it seems like is the same same queue I was in before. Hope she just didn't want to work with me.

Didn't get extra billing, but they are relentless...just to cut down on calls to renew,
I gave them a phone number that's been disconnected!

She tried offer 6months for 25 dollars. I told her if she had offered me this before I scammed I would have fell for this scam as well. She said what do you mean? I told her once its over and you have my CC you would automatically charge me the next bill for the regular amount. _no deal_ take me off. And I laughed so she knows it nothing personal towards her but the company has weird tactics on getting money from folks.

Well I'm off of the phone with them now ... Funny because she told me the XM radio was deactivated just now. I told her its been off since the end of my trial. She said it was on and maybe needed a refresh. Whatever - hopefully this is a done deal.

Worst part is that once they have your phone number they will. Ever stop calling. They call me at least once a week trying to get me to come back. I hate xm.

How did XM obtain your CC? Onstar doesnt share info with XM. If they do tjen maybe thats one heck of a lawsuit.

Yeah I called to cancel mine last month.... "oh sir we can give you two free months and then you can cancel after that"

I just got a bill in the mail today.

I'll be calling tomorrow.

Yeah fortunately Sirius doesn't have my credit card, but they have called me at least once a month and mail be offers every few weeks. I've told them repeatedly the car sits in the garage most of the time and is stored in the winter. I don't want it. They still don't get it.

On-Star did get my card number when I set it up at the dealer. The funny part will be when they try and charge my card and it doesn't go through because I had to cancel that card due to some fraudulent activity on it.
