tiny bipe: two ailerons or four?

I'm building a Herr PT-17, an old Guillows-style kit meant for rubber band power. Converting to RC of course, and adding ailerons. The question is, should I

add ailerons to one wing or both?

My concern is that the rudder will be "to scale" and therefore might not be able to counter the adverse yaw from all those ailerons.

Wingspan is 28 inches, total wing area is around 200 square inches. The ailerons I've cut for the lower wings are about 8 square inches apiece.

So whaddya think? Two ailerons or four?
