I just put in one to two scoops of whey with a cup of organic, fat-free milk and a banana with unsalted peanut butter at times.

The amount of protein you want varies so therefore vary the amount of whey and if you want peanut butter or not . It's actually pretty tasty too...

I have used Endurox R4 from GNC but to be honest there is a ton of them on the market and truly believe that the important thing is sticking with the diet and exercise. On the third time through straight this time.

why do you not want to use the P90X recovery formula? Its better than any straight whey protein powder. It helps you recover faster from your workouts and cuts down on the time you are sore. I used to just use regular whey protein and it was nothing compared to this stuff.

P90X+ is for getting ripped, not getting Jacked. If that's what your looking for, you're in the wrong program.

P90X+ is mostly a supplemental workout rather than a full routine like P90X. It is also oriented more towards timed moves in which you do maximum reps mostly involving your body weight as opposed to 8-10 reps with heavy weights, more breaks, etc. Therefore, it leans you out similarly to insanity.

For a full workout regime, you need P90X. You will gain more mass than P90X+ and it's truly a full workout schedule. The + is just for people who want new CDs t o be honest since most just combine the two and do a hybrid 90 days.

If you need to look better for school in two weeks and don't plan to make this your lifestyle, start hitting the gym and taking HGH, learn how to cycle creatine, look into NOS-explode for those extra pumps, maybe L-Glutamine. If you can't find HGH, Deer Antler Spray has HGH and just put some under your tongue and allow it to be absorbed (this, however, is not recommended). With P90X, the most results come in the third month because of the "muscle confusion" that is used which makes the program so successful.

HGH/deer antler spray will also get you KICKED OFF any athletic team you are on and probably end with jail time if you get caught in a drug screen. I would stay as far away from HGH as you can

Shh, don't spoil the fun .

The guy said quick results, so therefore I assume within two weeks when school begins.

Also, you can't catch the spray or it's effects in a drug screen.

But seriously, don't resort to these type of supplements. They are only a detriment to your body. Take your time and make exercising a lifestyle. You'll be mega-ripped for the ladies and live a healthier, happier life .

In terms of your original question, I still recommend Whey as it is the only thing that won't hurt your body. If you don't like the taste, try 2% milk, chocolate milk, less scoops, fruit, ice, peanut butter, banana, peanuts, etc.

Exactly, and make sure to follow their diet schedule forbadum. You do not need the same foods, but the same (actually, I'd take 10% less) amount of nutrients. Good diet and Exercise make for results that will stay even if you stop working out or eat something not so healthy for you for a week or so. If you try for quick results with supplements, the second you stop using those supplements it will all go away and if you keep using those supplements then you will be hurting your body.

With P90X, always give it your best and make sure you stick with the three months and to the diet. The most results come in the three months because of the "muscle confusion" principle.

Also,

DO NOT TRY THE SPRAY.
