Angry Customers
I had to share this, I deal with upset customers at times and keep my cool by trying to help them out as best I can. But how much I'd be able to take this if I saw it in person. This was on the news earlier, how would you react?
I guess this lady was upset about missing her flight from Hong Kong to San Francisco. All passenger doors had already been closed and the crew was preparing the flight for departure," she said. "As the passengers had failed to show up on time, we had already offloaded their checked baggage to comply with the security requirements."

I saw this on the news and it was hilarious the second time!!!! I wish I knew what the woman was saying while on the ground screaming!!
