Car clubs being illegal?

Sooo i heard the government is talking about banning car clubs? I think this is ridiculous. Apparently it is considered gang activity?? Did anybody else hear about this??

Ok, before we get silly... what exactly are you talking about? Where did the government say that? What government are we talking about (Federal, State, Local, etc)?

I've heard of Law Enforcement cracking down on illegal street racing groups... but only in the form of ticketing. They can't go in and arrest everyone for being near each other (unless they're doing something illegal in process). It's why gangs like Crips and Bloods can walk the streets wearing their bandannas and flashing gang signs. Until they actually do something illegal it wont be an issue.

apparently the senate or something. they got nothing better to do. and its when a bunch of people get together it happens to be considered "gang activity" now. and im not totally sure on everything thats why im asking if anyone else heard this too. I know some other guys who heard about it as well.

Actually some cities have regulations against cars driving a set path numerous times or in the company of other cars. Basically an anti-cruising law.

I have to raise this flag too. I'd like to see what you're talking about because there's an amendment that specifically states you can assemble together for a common interest in public.
