Post Need help/advice

I'm an inventor and I've landed an idea for a new EV that would revolutionize the automotive market, but I need advice on where to find the following things for mass production: TCS, ABS, and power steering systems. Also if anyone has any idea where i can take a scaled prototype to show it off please tell me. I may be making my own cars soon but I'll still have a camaro!

if you do 'figure' something out dont sell it to a big company to use... friend of mine is an MIT grad and he invented a new kind of car, Mobile bought the ideas from him for little over 2 million, and stashed it. politics.

A tick over 13.0 sec. and you're through the quarter-mile. It's a rush, of course, but not overly dramatic. Try the same thing with this pair's predecessors of 1970 or so and you'll find yourself in a bit of a wrestling match. Ain't progress wonderful? Maybe yes, and maybe sometimes it's fun to wrestle."

Unless you already have a huge sum of money or own the processes, good luck. ABS is a GM copyrighted term/product, and the others are from companies auto manufacturers outsource to. Sell your idea. Get a patent on it first, then take it to whatever manufacturer you think you give you top dollar.

How far along are you? Is it a concept or prototype? Are you doing for numbers to complete a business plan or build a product? If you are serious, two of the biggest suppliers that I can think of are Bosch and Magna. They both offer pretty diverse products and combine to supply nearly every automaker. You might want to try them.

Thats a good idea for things that are cheap and simple, but if its something as complex as a car take the cheque. Unless you have hundreds of millions of dollars to buy the tooling to build it, or to defend it in court, your patent would be useless.
