It's not the new slogan or tagline. It's a marketing theme. Once this current ad campaign is over, they'll stop using it.

I think the problem with "Chevy Runs Deep" is that it can be interpreted in many different ways, both negative and positive. I was confused about it before I saw the new Chevy commercials. After watching them, I think the slogan is used to describe the "deep", rich American heritage/history of Chevrolet. Now that I THINK I understand it, it's a cool slogan. I've always been a GM guy though...

you know, i thought that the first 2 vehicles didnt look like chevys. anyways, i really liked the commercials and they definately explain the phrase

Heck, ANY focus is better than...well, what they had up until recently.

Tim Allen is a great choice of spokesman, but I don't know about the "runs deep" slogan, or theme, or whatever you want to call it. We'll just have to see where it goes. Right now, it seems ripe for countless jokes and parodies.

The ads I've seen so far will connect best with diehard Chevy fans, who are already sold.

Is it a Bronco or an F-series with a camper shell?
