Please be Praying

tonight, i just found out that my good friend's 11 year-old daughter, Preslie, is back in the hospital. a couple years ago, she was diagnosed with leukemia, and, after a while, was doing good enough on treatment to go back home. her mom just told us that she had to be put back in the hospital the other day and wasn't doing well. the doctor's report, yesterday, was that she might only live another 24 hours. she's still hanging in there now (praise God!). we all know that the Lord is so much bigger than this, and He's kept her here so far. i'm asking that y'all be praying that His will be done here. it might sound unbelievable to some, but at times, God's will is that people go on to be with Him. i know that He always knows what's better for us all because He's seen the future and the things we learn from our experiences. so whether she leaves us now or receives a miraculous healing (God is more than capable of doing either), please just keep Preslie, her family, & her friends in your prayers, and ask that God's glory be known in either situation. thanks & God bless all y'all!

i just heard that Preslie died around 5 this evening. we're fixin to go & see her family now. from what i hear, Tracie (her mom) is taking it really well. she said she has been preparing herself for it in case this did happen, but really pray for her brothers. i heard one of them really went off at some people & the other's still pretty shook up. thanks so much for all y'all's support. we really appreciate it.

You know, with all the excitement about the car, it takes something like this to bring us back to reality, to remember that there are things in this life much more important. My prayers go out for Preslie and here family and friends.

So sorry to hear that Preslie has died but will be saying prayers for her family (especially the brothers) as they go thru this difficut time during Christmas which only makes it worst on the family. It sounds like they are a good christian family and it really hasn't hit her mother yet. Wow, I really hate to hear anyone this young dying so early in their life and I have to refllect on my own life and realize that I need to be a better witness everyday.

May the Lord Bless them, keep them and give them the peace the passes all understanding.

I cant tell you how sorry I am to hear this about Preslie, but I do know she would NOT want to trade places with ANY of us right now. She's with the Creator now, worry no more for her! She is being looked after!
