Belt alignment question.

After the supercharger install I may have a pulley alignment issue. The stock belt rides towards the front of the idler puller (very edge). All pulleys look aligned and the supercharger idler pulleys are all centered. Can somebody look and see if the factory belt is perfectly centered on the idler pulley?

Yes, You may have to shim for correct alignment. Have had this problem with other manufactures. But then again I'm anal. I posted about blower chirp, belt noise, belt wear, don't disregard black power, noise, on a drive belt.
Neighbor, 5.0 Mustang REPLACES his belt every couple months (DUMBASS)
Don't like him, so I'm not fixing it....LOL.

Does the Whipple kit replace the crank pulley like the Magnuson kit? if so might have to make sure it's installed all the way.

It does replace the pulley. I did a crude check with a straight edge and it looks fine. I guess the belt just doesn't center perfectly on the smooth idler pulley.

OH, on the smooth pulley? don't worry about that. I thought it was on of the ribbed, that will trash a belt.
