What up all, just wanted to say hi. Long time member of LS1 tech and Corvette Forum.

Current ride is a 03 Z06 with bolt on's, cam and currently NX 100 shot. I have owned every Gen of Camaro but the 5th and with the new chassis and the LT4 decided to add a 6th Gen ZL1.

Ordered it yesterday. Thought I would be ordering a 17 but that run is done . So its going to be a 18. Been lurking and reading for a couple weeks.

Ordered a Hyper blue M6. Thought long and hard about the A10 ! But I'm just an old fart that shifts my own gears .

Welcome and congrats on the ZL1 order.

I am also a longtime member of Corvette Forum. Currently have a 02 Coupe with a wet sump LS7 and 15 Z51 with an E-Force SC. Looking to add a ZL1 this year.

Thank you sir ! I am a less is more type of guy so the only option I added was the carbon insert. The car comes with more standard stuff than most cars I have owned lol. Even though the Hi output 84 Z28 I bought new had Recaro seats in it .

Figure its going to be at least 2 months minimum but hell this is my busiest time of year work wise so it will fly by !

Once you get it, Destin is a great place to drive. I love that area.

LOL, long story how I got here but yes this place is paradise ! Most beautiful beaches in the world here !

Funny thing is unless I go out of town for some reason, from where I live to where I work is 2.5 miles lol

I MIGHT put 1000 miles on it a year

With the beater Accord, the Z06 and the new ZL1 coming its going to be a car for every occasion lol.

I'll be honest, with the Z06 on spray at 540 rwhp at 3300 lbs with me in it and the ZL1 at 560-585 etc. depending on the dyno, but weighing about 900 + pounds more with driver, once the Zl1 has break in mileage I am guessing the Z will win.

We only have a 1/8th mile track close.
Going to be fun finding out
