how do I get a picture to appear in my sig?

been trying to get a picture to come up on my signature, but cannot seem to get it. Any tips?

Close but still not right? It looks OK on my signature page, but cuts off the lower portion???

Must be a size issue, it says 700X300 max. I guess that includes any text as well??

it does. Signatures are X pixels high.

It's to keep bandwitdh down.
